ABC’s ‘CMA Fest’ Wins Wednesday Night by Nearly 1.0 Million Viewers
ABC Wednesday Prime Time (8:00-11:00 p.m. – 4.7 million and 0.9/4 in AD18-49):
With its 3-hour broadcast of the 2018 “CMA Fest,” ABC finished as the most-watched network on Wednesday night, topping runner-up NBC with 2 hours of “World of Dance” by nearly 1.0 million viewers (4.7 million vs. 3.8 million) and nearly tying Fox for No. 1 in Adults 18-49 (0.9/4 vs. 1.0/5 from 8:00-10:00 p.m. with “MasterChef”/”24 Hours to Hell and Back”).
In viewers and young adults, the “CMA Fest” produced ABC’s top summertime non-sports numbers on the night in 1 year – since 8/16/17.
